I have used Tina twice (for the purchase of my starter home 10 years ago, and then for the sale of that home/purchase of a new one this summer). I will never consider using anyone else! When I was a newbie on the market for a home she was very patient as I looked at dozens of homes. She's also more than willing to meet you after business hours and even on weekends. This works out great for those with day jobs. She could have sold my home the first day it was on the market, but we waited an extra day for even MORE offers to come in.
